Position: Leasing Consultant

Location: Bradenton, FL

Pay: $23/hour (Depending on skills & experience)

Experience: Previous leasing experience in the multifamily industry required

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm ((Wednesday or Thursday off)
• Saturday,: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  
  

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and present available units
• Process applications and lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks
  
  

Position Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in the multifamily industry required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
• Punctual with a professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a local and national criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
