Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Location: Naples, FL

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: Previous apartment leasing experience required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Part-time; Temporary

Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person and by phone.
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process lease applications and complete leasing documentation.
• Provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Support the leasing office with administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to work scheduled days and hours consistently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
