Experience: 1 year of leasing experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding unit availability, lease terms, and amenities.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.
• Guide applicants through the rental process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
• Prepare and explain lease agreements, clarifying terms and conditions for new tenants.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
• Provide reports on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and other key metrics.
• Manage lease renewals and communicate any changes in terms.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Enforce property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.
