Parts Counter Associate

We are looking for a motivated and organized Parts Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts requests, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the parts department operates efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain parts inventory and stock levels

-Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments

-Enter inventory and parts information accurately into the system

- Track stock movement and update inventory records regularly

-Identify and locate correct truck and heavy-duty parts

-Monitor low stock levels and report reorder needs to management

- Keep the parts warehouse and counter area clean and organized

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries

-Ensure all parts are labeled, stored, and handled properly

-Provide excellent customer service and professional communication

Qualifications

- Previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive/truck industry preferred

- Basic computer and data entry skills

- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts is a plus

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to lift and move parts or boxes when needed

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- Proficiency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, retail math, and order fulfillment procedure.

-Organizational skills to manage stock levels, maintain accurate records, and support efficient workflow in a busy parts department

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
