Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers with their parts inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Research and fulfill parts orders, provide estimates, and process requests efficiently.
- Place daily parts orders with multiple vendors and track order statuses.
- Receive, organize, and ship customer parts orders accurately and on time.
- Communicate proactively with customers about order updates, promotions, and special offers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and credit authorization procedures.
- Maximize sales by upselling and promoting relevant products.
- Handle customer concerns tactfully and escalate issues to the Parts Manager as needed.
- Keep the parts counter clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to prospects and returning customers.

Required
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages).
- Previous experience as a Parts Counter Associate in construction, heavy equipment, or rental industry.
- Familiarity with counter sales or equipment parts systems.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building
