Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams.
- Collaborate with Preconstruction during bidding, subcontractor procurement, buyout, and scope review.
- Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, procurement logs, and project records using Procore and other project management tools.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to support successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with Owner Contracts, company policies, and all OSHA, EPA, ODH, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
