These projects span across multiple areas and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure program is on or ahead of schedule (1 customer, managing $130 million in revenue)
· Review all job contract documents
· Face to the customer for communication and progress reporting
· Implement and monitor project schedules
· Maintain project meeting minutes and distribution
· Report project progress to the Project Manager
· Fill in PM functions when necessary
· Evaluate subcontractor performance
· Assemble project closeout documents and warranties
· Facilitate flow of paperwork
· Role is 100% remote (can be based anywhere in North America), with the ability to travel up to 50% throughout North America
