Title: Behavioral Program Director
Status: Full-Time
Reports To: Director of Nursing (or Program Administrator)
Pay Range: $95k-$120k

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE FACILITY
- THE FOUNDATION
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- No active probation or substantiated violations on any professional license or employment record.
- THE JOURNEY
- Minimum 3 yearsof direct experience working with the mentally ill, preferably with severely mentally disordered patients.
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience in program supervision and staff management.
- Proven track record of developing and evaluating therapeutic programs that meet regulatory requirements.
- Experience with treatment planning, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- THE CRAFT
- Deep fluency in applicable state regulations (including Title 22, where applicable) and federal behavioral health requirements.
- Ability to lead the planning, development, and evaluation of therapeutic programs that meet each resident's unique needs.
- Strong skills in monitoring service quality and coordinating with other departments for effective program delivery.
- Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to facilitate Behavioral Team meetings and ensure accurate documentation of residents' progress.

- Provide ongoing monitoring of service quality and coordinate with other departments for effective program delivery.
- Facilitate Behavioral Team meetings and supervise program staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation of residents' progress in the program.
