Construction Manager - Salt Lake City, UT

We provide full-service A/E design and support services across the entire lifecycle of our clients' facilities and assist our clients to reach their capital improvement goals.

Position Overview

The Construction Manager (CM) supports execution of construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with VA project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site activities and contractor performance
• Manage:
• Submittals
• RFIs
• Inspection processes
• Perform field inspections and maintain detailed reports
• Track schedules, milestones, and delays
• Support commissioning and testing phases
• Verify as-built documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and VA stakeholders
• Assist with issue resolution and claims support
• Maintain safety compliance and reporting
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5–10 years construction management experience
• Strong field experience in QA/QC and safety
• OSHA knowledge required (OSHA 30 preferred/required)
• Federal/VA project experience preferred

• Full-time onsite
• Federal clearance required
