Social Media Ads Manager / Paid Ads Strategist

HFB Technologies is expanding and we’re looking for a high-level Social Media Ads Manager / Paid Ads Strategist — someone who actually understands performance marketing, not someone who “boosts posts.” If you know how to build, scale, and optimize campaigns that generate real leads and revenue, keep reading.

About the Role

You will own the entire paid ads ecosystem:

• Create, manage, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Plan full funnel strategy: audiences, creative direction, offers, and targeting
• Run structured A/B tests and iterate quickly
• Analyze performance daily and make smart data-driven adjustments
• Improve cost per lead and maximize return on ad spend
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop scroll-stopping ads
• Report performance clearly and consistently

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have deep experience managing Meta and Google ads at scale
• Understand audience psychology and how to craft winning offers
• Know how to reduce CPL without killing quality
• Can turn raw data into smart decisions
• Move quickly and experiment intentionally
• Treat ad performance like a competition you’re determined to win

Preferred Experience

• 2 years running paid ads for service-based businesses
• Has managed budgets of $10K per month
• Strong understanding of landing pages, funnels, and attribution
• Experience with lead gen campaigns preferred

Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
