About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Territory Manager to expand our Biologics
and Specialty Pharmacy business across Southern California. This is a field-based role focused
on building and deepening partnerships with physicians, infusion centers, and healthcare
systems, with a particular emphasis on immunology, neurology, and other specialty therapeutic
areas.
This position is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial salesperson who understands the
complexity of specialty pharmacy and thrives in a fast-moving, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive IG and Specialty Pharmacy growth
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians,
office staff, infusion centers, and hospital systems
● Educate providers on product access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support
services
● Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks
● Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams to
ensure seamless patient onboarding and continuity of care
● Stay current on market dynamics, payer changes, and competitive landscape
● Represent the company at regional meetings, conferences, and industry events
Qualifications
● 3–7 years of specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
● Direct experience with IG and other infusion-based therapies strongly preferred
● Established relationships within immunology, neurology, rheumatology, or related
specialties in Southern California
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
● Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large geographic territory
