HeyDay Entertainment is a super fun family entertainment center that includes a sports bar, bowling, billiards, arcade, mini-golf, laser tag and full service menu. We've got something for everyone! Located in just off I-35 in Norman, Oklahoma, many of our guests are looking for local fun which we aim to provide. From our local beers to our game-day watch parties, there's always something happening at HeyDay!
Compensation
$7.25 tips
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and drink preparation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
