Pickleball Attendant

Position Summary:

HeyDay Entertainment is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Pickleball Attendant to join our team. This position supports the daily operations of our pickleball courts and ensures guests have a fun and safe experience. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping play running smoothly in a lively, family-friendly environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a warm, helpful presence in the pickleball area
• Set up courts and maintain proper equipment throughout the day
• Monitor court activity to ensure safety, fair play, and adherence to facility rules
• Schedule court time, manage waitlists, and assist with group rotations
• Keep courts clean and organized; report maintenance issues promptly
• Answer questions and provide basic instruction to new players as needed
• Promote upcoming events, leagues, and pickleball programs
• Assist with tournaments, parties, and special events as assigned
• Help with general duties across the entertainment center when needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Comfortable being on your feet for long periods and lifting light equipment
• Prior experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Need Food Handler's and ABLE license
• Basic knowledge of pickleball is helpful, but not required (training provided)
