. M&A Planning & Due Diligence
• Lead IT due diligence to assess infrastructure, applications, security posture, and technical debt of target companies.
• Identify risks, gaps, and integration complexities for data centers, networks, ERP, cloud, and OT systems.
•Develop cost estimates, staffing needs, and timelines for TSA (Transition Services Agreement) support and exit.
2. Day 1 / Day 100 Integration Execution
• Own Day 1 readiness checklist: network connectivity, identity access, email routing, collaboration tools, endpoint access.
• Develop and manage detailed IT integration project plans, RAID logs, and cutover schedules.
• Coordinate infrastructure integration: SD-WAN/MPLS connectivity, VPN, DNS/DHCP/IP schema, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, Azure AD/0365 tenant migration.
• Support application migration & harmonization (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance systems, Manufacturing/Plant apps).
3. Infrastructure & Application Integration
• Execute integration of cloud/on-prem platforms (Azure, AWS, VMware).
• Lead directory services migration: AD trust, domain consolidation, identity federation (Azure AD, Entra ID).
• Oversee email, Teams, SharePoint, file shares, Intune/Endpoint management alignment.
Align CMDB/IT asset inventory across both companies (ServiceNow/SCCM/etc.).
4. Governance, Security & Compliance
• Ensure integration activities comply with SOX, HIPAA, PCI, NIST, GDPR, CCPA.
• Coordinate cyber risk assessments for acquired environments. Implement security baselines: MFA, endpoint protection, SIEM integrations, firewall segmentation for acquired sites.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Serve as primary liaison between IT leadership, business executives, legal, finance, and acquired company IT teams.
• Manage external vendors/MSPs for network, migration, cloud, and systems integration.
• Provide weekly executive updates on cost, progress, risks, TSA consumption, and Day 1/Day 100 readiness.
