What are the responsibilities and job description for the Express Service Production Manager position at HEWLETT AUTO GROUP?
Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick in Georgetown Texas is currently hiring an Express Shop Production Supervisor to join our team.
We are looking for someone who knows how to work alongside their technicians, someone who is reliable and motivated to produce results. Among the duties listed below, you will be responsible for keeping the shop moving, managing work schedules and managing the quality of the work being performed and pushed out.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and coordinate the overall production activities in the Express shop, including but not limited to scheduling, workflow management and training of technicians.
- Oversee daily operations of 12-15 technicians keeping waiting times under control.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among the team.
- Keep communication clear between advisors and technicians

Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive service (lube/express shop)
- Some leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Good with time management and keeping a team on track
- Someone dependable who shows up and gets the job done
- Strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
