**Full-time Position** BILINGUAL A PLUS**
Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick in Georgetown is currently hiring for an experienced Service Receptionist. An excellent team environment and growth potential combine to create an excellent career opportunity. The right candidate must be focused, have good computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. This can be a customer facing position and requires an energetic and willing candidate with excellent people skills. We are looking for someone with dealership experience but, will train the right candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Schedule service appointments by phone, in person, or via email
- Confirmation calls, missed appointments, leads, & recall
- Following through on roles and responsibilities will require time management skills and multitasking abilities.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Maintain assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
- May be involved in setting up loaner vehicles or coordinating with the collision center for vehicle repairs
- Assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations
- Be a Team member
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an automotive service department
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Commitment to serving our customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work Saturdays
- Bilingual a plus
