Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a HR Coordinator in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties And Responsibilities
- This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
- Assist with recruiting, pre-employment screening, federal compliance and onboarding related tasks which includes an extensive amount of tracking, auditing and filing.
- Support full-cycle recruiting process with a variety of administrative duties.
- Assist with onboarding process including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with the processing of monthly billings and the preparation of payment for all HR related invoices.
- General data entry and record keeping
- Audit, track and maintain a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Comply with federal and state regulations as well as contract adherence.
- Ensure security of confidential information
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Time-management skills are essential; must possess a natural sense of urgency and work well with pressure and deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptive to change.
- Possess a high level of ingenuity.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of employees and prospects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and advanced computer literacy skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
- Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen.
- Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
