The Opportunity:
As an Automotive Service Manager, you'll lead daily service operations while developing and coaching a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. You'll have the tools and leadership support needed to drive results.

What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
- Solid understanding of dealership operations (DealerTrack experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Flexible availability to support service operations
