The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales teams.
We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to contact customers, answer questions, schedule appointments, and help create an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with our sales team to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service from their first inquiry through their dealership visit.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and internet leads
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Build strong relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience
- Maintain and update online vehicle listings
- Generate and track leads through CRM systems
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
- Support sales and service teams with follow-up and customer outreach
- Complete administrative tasks and reports as needed
What We're Looking For
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive, energetic, and motivated personality
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- High School Diploma or GED required
