Excellent writing and drafting skills, analytical ability, and the ability to take initiative and self-direct are of particular value. The range of base salary* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $247,000 to $298,500. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will depend upon number of years out of law-school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
*This range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits that may be offered in connection with the job.
