Real Estate Counsel

Herrick, Feinstein LLP is seeking a counsel-level attorney to join its Real Estate Department in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have 8 years’ experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. A strong background in negotiating and closing deals across various asset classes—such as office, retail, and mixed-use properties—is essential. Candidates should possess excellent transactional skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Must be admitted in New York State. The range of base salary* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $300,000-$370,000. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will depend upon number of years out of law-school, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. *This range does not include other forms of compensation or benefits that may be offered in connection with the job.
