Being a Project Manager on transit work means you already know what's required, so we will spare you the "we require" experience.
We have a bunch of good PM's already, but we really need someone to oversee them. We hit some pretty impressive work, and most of it is with the MTA. We do design-build stuff up to about $300M. We pay for full family health insurance, give a matching 4% 401k, pay for all work-related travel and bonus yearly. Our team has good tenure, people don't really tend to leave us once they join. We think its due to being paid well, building some cool projects and having a decent benefits structure. We prioritize taking our team to company events, we don't just save it for the Vp's, so everyone gets to share in having fun.
If you have a P.E that's great, but it not a "must". We need a good leader, someone that doesn't need their hand held. We need you to do the hand holding to the lesser experienced folks!
Salary : $210,000 - $235,000
