About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for:
Providing resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including personal care, vital sign assessments, and reporting changes in condition
Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control policies and protocols
Documenting resident information accurately and thoroughly
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Providing emotional support and compassion to our residents and their families
Requirements
Current CNA certification in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with proper technique and assistance as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
