Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered by the physician

Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other nursing staff
Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the nursing team. You will be expected to:
