What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be the engine behind our daily financial operations. Your core responsibilities include:
- Financial Operations: Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing with precision.
- Daily Reconciliation: Verify and close out daily reservations and reconcile driver payroll.
- Data Integrity: Handle data entry within our accounting systems and assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
- Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier service through daily interactions with clients and internal team members.

Requirements
Who You Are

Your Qualifications:
- Experience: Either entry-level with an Accounting degree OR 2 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or professional office environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Above-average proficiency with technology, including MS Office, Google Suite, and Mac products.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-Starter: High-level organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a high-volume setting.
