Qualifications
- Human Resources Management and Strategic Planning experience
- Knowledge and application of Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution Practices
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Hiring, Onboarding, and Talent Development Processes
- Strong understanding of Employment Law, Compliance, and Benefits Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with HRIS and other human resources-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience in luxury service or transportation industry is a strong advantage
