Hermes Landscaping is seeking experienced Snow Subcontractors to join our trusted snow and ice management team. We provide dependable service to commercial properties across the Kansas City metro, ensuring our clients stay operational no matter the conditions.
If you have plow or salt trucks, skid steers, snow blowers, or sidewalk crews, we have a variety of properties ready for you this winter season.
Responsibilities:
- Perform snow and ice control services for assigned sites throughout the Kansas City metro area.
- Respond to dispatch updates and mobilize during snow events.
- Provide safe, reliable, and efficient service that minimizes hazards.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable equipment capable of performing snow removal (plow truck, salt truck, skid steer, blower, or crew).
- On-call availability during snowstorms — including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must carry required insurance coverage.
- Prior commercial snow removal experience preferred.
