Hermes Landscaping is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Snow & Ice Management Team this winter season. As part of the Snow & Ice Management Team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping Kansas City businesses safe and operational during winter weather events.
We’re hiring for multiple roles:
- Plow Drivers
- Salt Truck Drivers
- Loader Operators
- Equipment Operators
Responsibilities:
- Perform snow removal and de-icing services according to site assignments.
- Safely operate equipment such as plow trucks, spreaders, or snow blowers.
- Work effectively as part of a crew to clear sidewalks, drives, and parking lots.
- Respond quickly when called in for snow events.
Qualifications:
- Previous snow removal experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license required for driving positions.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned sites.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow instructions.
