DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Consignment Processing:
- Open, label, and verify package contents.
- Create accurate electronic reports for consignments.
- Client Communication:
- Address client inquiries regarding consignments.
- Research consignment statuses and provide updates.
- Material Handling:
- Return client materials as required.
- Conduct department-wide inventories of consignment materials.
- Support Tasks:
- Assemble client information packets.
- Assist Consignment Directors with their responsibilities.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in a customer service role or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
