This is an outside sales, territory-based opportunity where you'll work directly with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers. You'll introduce businesses and their employees to supplemental insurance solutions designed to provide valuable financial protection.

No insurance sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing professional development to help the right candidate succeed.

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with business owners, identifying their needs, and presenting supplemental insurance solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Meet face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers

• Educate business owners and employees on supplemental insurance products and benefits

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Prospect for new business through referrals, existing accounts, and new opportunities

• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments

• Build and maintain your own book of business

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and business owners

• Attend scheduled team meetings, sales calls, and training

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Manage your own working schedule within the expectations of your sales manager

• Respond professionally to client phone calls and emails

• Participate in optional travel opportunities with your sales team

Travel weeks to other territories are available regularly but are optional.

You'll receive a combination of virtual classroom training and hands-on field training in your assigned territory. You'll work alongside an experienced trainer who will help you learn our sales process, develop your presentation and communication skills, and build confidence in the field.

After training, you'll have the independence to manage your territory while continuing to receive coaching, support, and professional development from your sales leadership team.

Previous experience in outside sales, insurance sales, business-to-business sales, inside sales, recruiting, customer service, retail sales, or another performance-driven environment is beneficial.

We're also interested in candidates who have outgrown call-center, retail, or door-to-door sales and are ready to move into a professional territory-based sales career.

If you have the drive and the willingness to learn, we'll provide the training.

• Must currently hold a Health & Life insurance producer license OR be willing and able to obtain one

• Licensing reimbursement is available

• Bachelor's degree OR a minimum of 4 years of professional post-high-school work experience

• Candidates within 6 months of completing their bachelor's degree will be considered

• Candidates with less than 4 years of professional experience may be considered with relevant or specialized outside sales experience

Pay: $76,000$100,000 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift with flexible scheduling
