Breakfast Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team for WEEKENDS. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service and addressing any dietary needs or preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, and other food preparation tools.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery of breakfast items.
• Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly communication and prompt service.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as server, host/host, or barista.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling practices, and meal preparation techniques is essential.
• Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest relations are vital for success in this role.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety standards will be beneficial.
