Location: Sonoma County (Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Fulton)
Aaction Rents is looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on role working outdoors with construction equipment, helping keep our yard organized, safe, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Wash, clean, and prep equipment for rental
- Inspect equipment upon return for damage and basic functionality
- Organize and maintain the yard to keep it clean, safe, and efficient
- Load and unload equipment for customers and drivers
- Assist customers in the yard as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Forklift experience is helpful (we’ll train the right person)
- Team player who is willing to jump in where needed
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Pay range: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
