REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Accurately post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions
Post revenues and enter transactions from lock box and bank statements
Balance/ Reconcile daily Accounts Receivable work for merging
Communicate with multiple departments to resolve customer payment issues/discrepancies
Answer Incoming Calls and assist Customers with Account Questions
Make necessary updates to the customer database
Other duties as assigned
