We are a successful, growing Outpatient Physical Therapy Company with five locations in Northeast Ohio is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Input patient payments
- Pay bills/invoices via check and online
- Attribute payments to proper clinic in QuickBooks
- Maintains required credit card records, receipts, reports, and files
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all company and government policies and regulations
Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks ideal
- Electronic billing
- Proficient with computer skills- computer programs, spreadsheets, and applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
Wages / Salary will be based on experience.
