We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Driver-CNA to provide safe, courteous transportation and supportive care for our residents. The Driver-CNA plays a key role in coordinating resident transportation, accompanying residents to appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service both on and off campus.
What you will be doing
In this role, the Driver-CNA coordinates and schedules resident transportation for medical appointments, group outings, and special events, ensuring timely service and clear communication with residents, families, and staff. The Driver-CNA also accompanies residents to appointments as needed, sharing pertinent information with the nursing team to support continuity of care.
The ideal Driver-CNA demonstrates excellent customer service, strong time management skills, and a commitment to resident safety. This position requires safe driving practices, accurate documentation of drives and daily tasks, routine vehicle cleaning, and prompt reporting of maintenance concerns. When not driving, the Driver-CNA provides front desk coverage and collaborates with other campus departments to ensure smooth operations.

About you
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Preferred experience in transportation and customer service.
- A valid Michigan driver's license is required.
- Must obtain a chauffeur’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Company Policy.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
