Hercules Fence is a premier fence and perimeter security company in the VA/DC/MD area. We are looking for a success-drive Sales Estimator/Project Manager who will be responsible for all types of fencing, gates, and operators. Qualified candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. This position is based out of our Manassas, Virginia location
Core Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Analyze site characteristics and client needs to prepare an estimate
- Manage projects effectively to ensure profitability
- Develop detailed job folders with estimating forms
- Accurately order materials for the project
- Communicate with crews and subcontractors to clarify scope and schedule
- Oversee and handle the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain/grow existing client relationships while building a network through new business and customer relationships

- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well individually and with a team
- Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously

Job Requirements
Minimal General Education
- High School Diploma
- College Degree Desirable
Minimum Working Experience
- Experience within the fencing industry preferred but not required, or
- Prefer 1-3 years of construction industry experience
Other Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record
