Project Manager/Estimator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to lead construction projects from initial bid to completion. This role combines the strategic aspects of estimating project costs with the hands-on coordination of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction estimating, project management, and construction site experience, with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. • Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using tools such as Bluebeam, and construction estimating software, ensuring all project costs are thoroughly analyzed and documented.
• Develop detailed project schedules utilizing project management software to coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones effectively.
• Manage project scope, contracts, and change orders while maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, schematics, blueprints, and specifications; conduct site inspections as necessary and coordinate site logistics.
• Collaborate closely with project teams on scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• site design review and schematic interpretation; read blueprints and schematics accurately to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Track project progress through detailed documentation, reports, and updates; proactively address issues that may impact delivery or quality experience.
• Proven experience in construction management or as a construction estimator with a solid understanding of civil or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Project software for project scheduling;
• Proficiency in construction estimation software; familiarity with Bluebeam for document review is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, contracts management, and schematics interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with construction management software platforms; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline..
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively; strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
