Pay: $18/hour tips
Experience Required: 1 years of sales experience preferred
Minimum Age Requirement: 21

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Educate customers on different cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible use.
• Sales & Transactions: Process purchases accurately while ensuring compliance with New York cannabis regulations.
• Compliance & ID Verification: Check valid government-issued IDs to ensure all customers meet the legal purchasing age.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Restock products, track inventory levels, and ensure displays are well-maintained.
• Store Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Collaboration: Work as part of a team to create a positive and professional atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 years of retail sales experience preferred, especially in cannabis, e-cig, or high-end retail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
