HEP is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven HVAC Lead Generation Manager to represent our company inside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores throughout their assigned area.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position focused on generating qualified leads for HVAC system replacements, HVAC sales opportunities, and seasonal HVAC tune-ups. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and taking initiative rather than waiting for customers to approach them.

In addition to speaking directly with Lowe’s customers, this position will build strong relationships with Lowe’s associates and train and encourage store employees to identify HVAC opportunities and generate leads for HEP.

This position requires daily travel between multiple Lowe’s locations within the assigned territory. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for maintaining a strong HEP presence in each store, developing relationships with store leadership and associates, and helping grow HVAC lead volume throughout the territory.

This is a paid position with additional bonus opportunities based on performance and lead-generation results.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned Lowe’s Home Improvement locations daily throughout your designated territory.
• Walk the store and actively engage with customers to identify potential HVAC needs.
• Generate qualified leads for HVAC system replacements, new HVAC sales, and preventative maintenance/tune-ups.
• Educate customers about HEP's HVAC services and help connect interested customers with the appropriate HEP team member.
• Build positive working relationships with Lowe’s store managers, department supervisors, and associates.
• Train Lowe’s employees on how to recognize potential HVAC customers and properly generate leads for HEP.
• Encourage Lowe’s associates to consistently identify and submit HVAC opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and follow-up with store associates to improve lead generation.
• Maintain a professional and approachable HEP presence inside each assigned store.
• Track leads, store activity, and performance to ensure goals are being met.
• Communicate regularly with HEP management regarding lead volume, store performance, opportunities, and challenges.
• Visit multiple Lowe’s locations as needed to maintain relationships and maximize lead opportunities.
• Participate in seasonal promotions and special events designed to increase HVAC sales and tune-up leads.
• Meet or exceed established lead-generation and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Sales, customer service, retail, HVAC, or lead-generation experience is preferred.
• Previous management, training, or coaching experience is a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships with retail employees and store management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday walking and standing inside retail stores.
• Must be willing and able to travel between multiple Lowe’s locations within the assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills for tracking leads and communicating with management.
• HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunity

This is a paid position with opportunities to earn additional bonuses based on performance and lead-generation results. High-performing team members will have the opportunity to increase their earnings by consistently generating quality HVAC sales and tune-up leads and helping Lowe’s associates improve their lead-generation performance.
