Mobile Lift Truck Diagnostic Technician

Picture this: it’s Monday morning in the Greater Pasco area. Your service truck is stocked, organized, and ready. First stop—an operations yard where a forklift is down. You run diagnostics, isolate an electrical fault, and get the unit back in service. Later, you complete scheduled maintenance on a fleet, update service leadership on your progress, and finish the day with a satisfied customer and a spotless truck. That’s a day in this role.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain forklifts and other industrial equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on schedule
• Communicate clearly with customers and keep service leadership informed
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and job-ready
• Deliver dependable, professional customer service every visit

• Hands-on mechanic background (automotive, forklift, or industrial equipment)
• Proven diagnostic ability with hydraulic, electrical, and internal combustion systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Self-directed work style and ownership of tasks
• Clear communication and strong customer focus
