What you’ll tackle

• Field diagnostics and repair for forklifts and industrial equipment
• Preventive maintenance and scheduled service
• Customer interaction: explain findings, set expectations, and deliver updates
• Service leadership updates: status, parts needs, and next steps
• Truck care: keep tools organized and the vehicle clean and ready

Qualifications

• Mechanic background in automotive, forklifts, or industrial machinery
• Expertise troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical systems, and IC engines
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
• Independent, accountable, and safety-minded
• Strong communicator with customer-service focus
