What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, accounting operations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
• Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Manage audits and collaborate effectively with external auditors
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA designation highly desirable
• Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting principles
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
