What you'll do:
- Respond promptly to internet inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process
- Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to drive engagement and sales
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales activity
- Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Requirements
What we expect:
- Previous internet sales experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Ability to work every Saturday
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Must submit to a background and drug screen.
Working Environment & Physical Demands
Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
