Service Valet

Description

Our valets at Hennessy Land Rover Gwinnett are the first and last point of contact on the service drive and play a crucial role in delivering an excellent customer experience. By being a valet, you will have the opportunity to interact with multiple people and roles and in-turn, choose your own career path as you learn about various dealership operations. 

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers who are dropping off vehicles. 
• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the service drive.
• Deliver vehicles to various sites and locations as needed. 
• Install disposable covers and floor mats in vehicle interiors being serviced.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom, and lot. 
• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities as needed. 
• Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum, and polish) and maintain all vehicles. 
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation. 
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership if shuttle service is available.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We Expect:

• Maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license at all times with an acceptable driving record.
• Submit to a background and drug screening.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Working Environment & Physical Demands

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
