Position Summary
The Warranty Performance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and validating warranty‑related issues on Hennessey vehicles. This role requires hands‑on experience with high‑performance cars, a strong understanding of aftermarket performance systems, and the ability to identify root causes while ensuring repairs meet Hennessey quality standards.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working on performance vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair warranty‑related concerns on Hennessey‑modified vehicles
- Perform removal, reinstallation, and correction of performance components including superchargers, intake systems, intercoolers, and supporting hardware
- Troubleshoot and repair issues
- Performance suspension and steering systems
- Performance brake systems
- Power adders (superchargers, turbochargers, nitrous systems, etc.)
- Perform vehicle maintenance and corrective work including:
- Spark plugs, oil changes, cooling system services
- Brake system bleeding and inspections
- Install, remove, or adjust aftermarket components
- Exhaust systems, lift and leveling kits, brake upgrade kits
- Wheels and tires, skid plates, grills, and lighting
- Use diagnostic and service resources such as ALLDATA and Mitchell1 ProDemand
- Document findings clearly and communicate with production, quality, and warranty teams as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area is a priority.

Education & Experience
- Required:
- 2 years of hands‑on experience working on performance vehicles (dealership or high‑performance shop)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive trade school diploma
- Manufacturer certifications
- Brakes, steering, suspension
- Advanced electrical diagnostics
- NVH diagnostics
- Engine management systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, and working in tight spaces
- Exposure to shop and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs on a consistent basis
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
