YOUR ROLE
- Accountable for continuous improvement of processes across the Transportation and Warehousing teams.
- Builds capability across the Henkel NA Region supporting both CPG Retail divisions of Beauty and Laundry/Home Care.
- Lead the development and execution of the NA Region savings pipeline for Logistics (Transportation, Warehousing and Customer Logistics) both within Logistics as well as across the broader supply chain organization, including Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Operations, Master Data, IT and Engineering.
- Host the monthly Logistics Savings forum including coaching, training, and guiding the broader team in lean methodology and tools.
- Design and implement logistics process improvements that delivery strides in key logistics metrics like Delivery/OTIF, Savings and Safety.
- Collaboration with all logistics areas (warehousing as well as transportation) and interaction with external parties (LSPs/3PLs and Carriers)
- Manage the engineered standards for distribution across many warehouses and 3PLs
- Conduct training and host workshops to drive capabilities to the next level of performance
