What you´ll do
· Perform all aspects of blending liquid products which includes, but not limited to the following:
o Oversee the Sanitization Program including but not limited to
§ Knowledge of chemical and steam sanitization processes
§ Deliverance of steam through the system to mixers and storage tanks
§ Maintenance and preparation of sanitization totes
§ Coordination of sanitization between Packaging and Blending Operators
o Ensure the safe handling of all chemicals in compliance with OSHA standards
o Ensure the proper and safe cleanup or reporting of spills.
o Ensure the proper operation of the hot and cold R.O. water system to include monitoring of regeneration times start to finish as needed
o Maintain thorough knowledge of the computer batching program.
o Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are used in the manufacture of safe, hygienic product.
o Transfer of finished product from mixers to storage and storage to storage.
o Read and understand the Blenders Training Manual.
o Perform inventory of raw chemicals as needed.
o Clean up work area and help others clean their areas if needed
o Communicate with all departments in which Liquids is involved
What makes you a good fit
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Successful completion (C or better) of high school chemistry and math
· Current driver’s license and Henkel forklift certification required

The salary for this role is $29.00- $33.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
