Who you are
As a Blender for Better Blend, you are responsible for educating customers on the menu and health aspects, communicate effectively with leadership, embody distinguished customer service, and prepare stations and all other preparation for maximum efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Reinforce a positive work environment and attitude.
- Follow SOPs for prep and cleaning.
- Ensure that you are engaging with customers consistently.
- Follow proper steps for blends and bowls.
- Provide a safe and fun environment for all staff and customers.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in forming and maintaining relationships with others.
- Ability to effectively manage time and personnel.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards and health regulations in restaurants.
- Flexible and available schedule, including opening and closing shifts.
- Capable of multitasking and working at a fast pace.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: Minimum 15 hours per week.
