We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Engagement Manager to lead complex SAP initiatives across the MedTech sector. In this high-visibility role, you will partner with senior executives, lead enterprise-scale SAP programs, and shape transformational outcomes for global clients.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior SAP Engagement Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor and strategic lead across critical SAP engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, and enterprise SAP landscapes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive planning, governance, execution, budgeting, resource management, and quality assurance for enterprise SAP programs.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and functional leads to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and delivery challenges while maintaining project momentum.
• Support business development initiatives including proposals, client presentations, estimates, and strategic solution planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal governance standards, and audit requirements.
• Champion innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across SAP environments.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• Extensive SAP experience leading enterprise business transformation programs.
• Recent hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation and/or landscape transformation initiatives.
• Proven success managing large-scale SAP engagements in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Certifications & Knowledge

• SAP Activate, PMP, and/or ITIL certification.
• Strong understanding of:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP SaaS solutions
• SAP BTP
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
