We're supporting a global consulting and technology leader as they continue to expand their Healthcare Business Process Services practice across the United States.
This is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity focused on driving growth across healthcare payers, PBMs and provider organisations by selling large-scale business process transformation, managed services and operational outsourcing solutions.
You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building executive relationships and closing strategic multi-million-dollar engagements that help healthcare organisations improve efficiency, member experience and operational performance.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
- Driving new logo acquisition and revenue growth across healthcare accounts
- Building relationships with executive stakeholders across payer, PBM and provider organisations
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for healthcare operations transformation services
- Leading complex sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract negotiation and closure
- Positioning AI-enabled, data-driven and operational transformation solutions
- Collaborating with solution, consulting and delivery teams to develop compelling client offerings
- Managing and growing a pipeline of large-scale healthcare transformation opportunities
✅ What We're Looking For
- 15 years of healthcare business development, sales or client partner experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer, provider and/or PBM operations
- Experience selling BPO, managed services, BPaaS or operational transformation solutions
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals valued at $10M TCV
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to articulate business value, operational efficiency, cost reduction and AI-driven transformation strategies
- History of building long-term client relationships and growing strategic accounts
